Alberto Biasi
Alberto Biasi is one of the leading exponents of Italian and international optokinetic art. He founded the Enne Group in 1960 with other artists, and then continued his work as a solo artist. He took part in the historic ‘Nove Tendencije’ exhibitions, the ‘Arte Programmata’ exhibition curated by Bruno Munari and the great ‘The responsive eye’ exhibition at the MoMa in New York. His artistic research resulted in the following cycles of works: the Trame, the Optical-Dynamic Reliefs, the Torsions, the Sculptures, the Polytypes, the Environments and the Assemblages.
